Hello, I’m Eva!
I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist and I support busy professionals who suffer from IBS, food intolerances and digestive complaints, as well as low energy and high stress with personalized nutrition and lifestyle programs.
In my clinical practice I have found that optimising gut health not only leads to better digestion. It usually also brings about seemingly unexpected health outcomes, such as more energy and ability to concentrate, stress resilience, glowing skin and hair, weight-loss, better mood and even improved seasonal allergies.
I do not prescribe to restrictive fad diets. Instead, I closely work with my clients to see what works for their individual circumstances.
