Hi, I’m Eva-Maria, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (M.A., DipION, mBANT, CNHC), and I’ve made it my mission to help busy professionals transform their health through smart, sustainable nutrition.

I grew up on organic farms in Canada and Austria, where fresh food was was more than just fuel. It was a way of life. But after a decade working in high-pressure corporate roles, I lost my innate intuition about good food. My own health suffered: Chronic stress, fatigue, and gut issues led me to a breaking point - so I made a change.

I left the corporate world to study nutritional therapy, determined to understand how food and lifestyle impact energy, focus, and long-term health. Today, I help professionals reclaim their energy, manage chronic health concerns, and build a healthier relationship with food—without extreme diets or fads. I don’t prescribe calorie counting.
